Season 24 and its Inna's Mantra rework incidentally buffed this build by granting The Crudest Boots a damage multiplier that applies to the clones cast by Rabid Strike. Indeed you don't need to choose between convenience and maximum Greater Rift Keystones per hour anymore: LoD Wave of Light can do it all!
In Season 23, the Follower update allowed LoD WoL to include Cain's Destiny and Sage's Journey in its setup, very beneficial considering the strength of this build for Keyfarming. Legacy of Dreams also allows for more gearing flexibility, enabling the build to take advantage of the incredible interactions between Rabid Strike and Bindings of the Lesser Gods in Greater Rift push. LoD WoL has similar damage compared to its Sunwuko variant but does not rely on Vengeful Wind and Sweeping Wind stacks, making it a lot more pleasant to play. With nearly limitless mobility provided by Dashing Strike in conjunction with In-Geom and the huge AoE coverage of Wave of Light Explosive Light, this build can clear Nephalem Rifts like noone else. I have not tried this build on PTR - so allthough you lose 150% WoL Dmg Head (and might gaint 15% from Sage) and you also lose up to 150% from Pintos bracers as well as the slow effect, with the 2.6.4 Set buff this might still be enaugh though to work (Sunwoko 6part 1000% to 1500% => up to 15000 instead of 10000 with 10 stacks) but maybe there is a gem that could offer more use. aaand im lost as to what is triggering it.Īs Logistt allready stated there seem to be no real trigger left for the Bane of trapped except if you teleport straight into packs(which would pretty much nullify the use of zei's stone) and let Bane of the Trapped trigger it self (only in 15 y radius though - WoL might be 60yard or more in comparrison).
What is triggering the bane of the trapped in this build? does zei stone trigger bane? but at 20% thats too low of a chance right? pintos bracers are whats triggering otherwise right? so u put nems on.
